I keep thinking how ironic it is that our biodiesel plant is in one of the worst spots for air quality right now, thanks to the fires. Sunny and I were down in San Francisco over the weekend (oh sweet merciful moist air, fog, and even blue skies), and we bought an air purifier while we were in the bay area. Once we got back up here yesterday morning, however, the smoke was almost entirely gone. The Ukiah Daily Journal reported that Sunday's air was "good" quality. Big change.

We brought the air purifier to Sunny's office anyway (mine has one already), and boy am I glad we did! It's back to that eye-burning, throat-drying thick grey stuff.
